Hello I am Petuel,

 

i have problem with snapmanager for sql Backup, snapmanager dont show and not recognise the Drives or LUN

when i try to start the backup wizard,configurations wizard it generate error.

this problem occurs when customer move DBs manualy and restore DBs that failed

 

the snapdrive work fine showing the Drives

 

error attached

 

i need help to solve this problem urgently.

Hi Petuel,

 

We recommend you to open a Case with the NetApp support center for urgent issues.

 

As George mentioned we are not able to see the attachment.

 

Was the SM SQL worrking before? if yes, was there any changes done recently?
