SnapCreator Scheduler not working after upgrade to 4.0

After the Upgrade to 4.0, we are not able to edit the schedules or create new schedules.

We are running SC on Windows.

Error from gui log:

Does anybody have a solution for this problem?

Yes I would expect so but it isnt confirmed. Anyway we should have a fix for all locales coming soon.
