Can Snap Creator with Oracle Plugin do PIT backup and restoration?

Can experts here please tell me 

1.  If Snap Creator with Oracle Plugin do Point-In-Time backup and restoration?
      If yes, does that also require SnapShot Archive logs?

2.  Do this require to be integrated in vCenter?

3. Can Oracle RMAN be integrated into it?
     If yes, what benefits can we get from the integration?

SnapCreator - Backup & Restore is supported. Post restore, you will be required to include a small script to mount and recover database as required. 

i would suggest you to use SnapCenter which is completely automated end-end. SnapCenter supports VMware layouts and allows you to catalog your backups with Oracle RMAN .
