The generic syntax on a 3.6 install is
snapcreator --profile <profile> --config <config> --action restoer --policy <policy? --volume_name <volume> --snap_name <snapshot> --file_names <files> --non_interactive --verbose
Please open a case with NetApp Support Center, so that they can walk you thru the restore procedure.
Please quote the host operating system version details where the files below and whether or not you are using Snapdrive for Windows or Snapdrive for Unix.
Are you using Snap Drive for Windows?
If the files were on a Windows server (for example drive letter 😧 E: etc), since it is SAN, you will have to bring up a clone on the same server or a standby server, and pick your files.
If you have Snap Drive for Windows (SDW), you may use SDW to select the backup available and then connect that snapshot as a drive letter and restore your files.
Once files are restored to another location, you may disconnect the drive letter via SDW
