NetApp Backup hung at 89%

A datastore backup is hung.  I cannot cancel.

I am new to NetApp and coudl use some help.

I saw one article that said I should stop / start VSC.  Is this the correct solution or is there something better to do??  

Really clueless - sorry ..

Give me some pointers on what i can/should check.

The system is in HA mode.
