Oracle DB backup fails No enum const calls com.netapp.oracle.database.OracleFileType. OCRBACKUP

Hi,

  One of our Oracle E-Business RAC database(version 11.2.0.3) backup started failing with error: No enum const calls com.netapp.oracle.database.OracleFileType.OCRBACKUP.

   We performed an upgrade of Grid Infrastructure Home from 11gR2 to 12.1.0.2 recently and the backup started failing from then on. This particular DB uses ASM on Grid.

   Any pointers in how to get past this error would be of great help.

You'll need to upgrade to the 3.3.1D1 patch for SnapMager for Oracle to use ASM with Oracle 12c.
