SnapCenter for Oracle - explicit vs. implicit resource groups

What's are the main differences between explicit vs. implicit resource groups? For our Oracle hosts, we currently use implicit resource groups. What are the trade-offs for that?

NetApp Support suggested for our SCE/SCW hosts to use explicit resource groups. That makes sense considering it's a DAG configuration with multiple Exchange DBs. 

Looking for some guidance the tradeoffs (pros vs. cons.)  Thank you!

@hmoubara  - thanks for the detail. Currently we don't have resource groups defined for our Oracle DB resources. They're currently configured as scheduled backups for single resources. Its backing up both Log and Data backups. I'll check with the DBAs and let you know if I have more questions.
