SnapDrive does not work

My snapdrive GUI works all right but sdcli commando does not work. It raises error: Unable to connect to the LUN
Error: Failed to get the list of licenses on the storage system '192.168.40.46'. Error code: 13011. Error description: RPC Error - FormatMessage failed to create error message.

I don't know why but, yesterday I disconnect a virtual machine connected to the cluster by iSCSI and all works OK. It's possible I had a mistake with initiators groups.
