According to note the Interoperability Matrix Tool note 7633:

SnapManager for Oracle/SAP 3.3.1P1 is supported with FC and iSCSI protocols on following Windows Server 2012 versions:
Microsoft Windows Server 2012 DCE (64-bit, x64)
Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 DCE (64-bit, x64)
Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 SE (64-bit, x64)
Microsoft Windows Server 2012 SE (64-bit, x64)
