handling multiple snapmirror targets

Hi community,

does anybody know how to handle multiple snapmirror targets?

If I want to have a snapmirror relationship handled by snapcreator the source filer and volume must be assigned insight the SC configuration.

That means SC looks on source filer and check the snapmirror relationships .... if there are more than one relationship within same source filer and volume SC will make an update on both.

If I want to separate this and change configuration to target filer and volume job fails with error message "SCF-00017:No Snapmirror Relationship for .... exists"

How can I handle this?

Hello Harald,

I will try this in the lab and will update here in a day or two.

You may have multiple Snap Creator config files which does simply snapmirror updates the way you want.

If you have a specific use case scenario, please describe here, and I can simulate in the lab accordingly.
