Day-0 Workflow Example - Disable, pause for approval, then re-enable Cluster Failover monitor (cf)

bdave

A workflow that first disables the cluster failover monitor.  It then pauses for approval to continue. Then it re-enables the cluster failover monitor.

This is a WFA version of `cf disable` followed by `cf enable`, when told it's time to re-enable.  All that's required is choosing the controller IP address.

Update: I tested this on a pair of FAS2040's.  Worked fine. (Thanks Brian!)

Thanks,

Dave
