Thanks. This was a very good quick start guide!

Trying to install OCI 7.3.1 on Widows 2012 R2, its getting failed due to Http(80) & https(443) ports are not listening

I have been getting the same message in the logs that Http(80) & https(443) ports are not listening, have checked the ports however could not find anything.

To fix the issue tried installing IIS then the OCI installation goes fine but still unable to launch application both from Web UI and Java UI.

I have now removed the OCI and IIS from the server, still facing the same issue "Http(80) & https(443) ports are not listening"

Hey Shakun,

Does OCI actually install, or does the installation fail, and roll back?
