Hi all,
some questions regarding the DFM MIB.
1/ dfmEvtFansOneFailed & dfmEvtFansManyFailed
=> Are we only considering the heads fans or the whole platform?
2/ dfmEvtVfilerHostingFilerLoginFailed
"Login failed on hosting storage system of vFiler."
=> what does that exactly mean?
thanks for your help

- 2. >>"Login failed on hosting storage system of vFiler."
This refers that “OnCommand login status to the controller having the vfiler(For which the event is generated) is failed”. This will happen for a controller having vfilers discovered in OnCommand and the login is set wrong for the controller in OnCommand.

thanks K,
that s what I thought
& regarding the FANs ? any idea ?
while I m there, maybe you have an answer to this one too:
when creating a User Defined Trap, we can set a retry interval value.
But what s the default behavior of the predefined traps?
=> are they sent only once?
=> are they sent again after a default period?
