Error with QLogic FC switch collection export

Hi All - I'm using OneCollect 1.9 to gather information from QLogic FC switches. Collection completes, but unable to export to Excel. No error is generated, but when I hover over the "Export" button a red circle with a line through it is displayed and unable to select the button. There appears to be an error in the "show support" section (it has a red circle with an exclamation point icon) when viewing data and I believe this is preventing export of the data to Excel.

Software details - OneCollect 1.9, Plug-in Status is up to date, FC Switch is version 1.7

Ideas?
