How many System Manager instances can access a storage system

They have multiple teams managing these systems on a 24x7 bassis.
They want their L1 support team to manage snapvault and snapmirror relations using system manager.
They want these support team members to install System Manager on their Desktops and add storage systems.
They have asked me how many system manager instances can access a storage system i.e. In how many System Manager servers can I add a storage system?
Does this cause any issues to storage systems?

There is no restriction on adding storage systems or accessing storage system from multiple instances of System Manager. System Manager lets Data ONTAP dictate what happens if multiple requests from different clients ( SM,CLI other tools ) are made, but I would expect some performance degradation If the same operation is initiated from multiple System Manager instances.
