Some users have reported difficulty downloading contents from the NetApp Automation Storefront specifically when attempting to enter the required Captcha security code. Verify the URL in the browser is using HTTPS: not HTTP. One very likely cause is the download was accessed using Google or a similar search engine. Recent HTTPS Security changes to the available content were implemented and there are older less secure (Http) links still propagated in various search engines which may take time to expire.
Good news!! The solution is simple.
Simply navigate directly to https://automationstore.netapp.com and under the OnCommand Insight tab, select and download the desired content.
