License Expired - Reinstall Doesn't Correct the Issue - Need Help

Hi all,

Running WFA-x86-V1.1.1.22.5-B7752 with the base install. Tried to log in one day and the license had expired. Was not able to browse to the license page and enter a valid license. Decided to uninstall/reinstall, but to no avail. Even after the uninstall/reinstall I continued to receive the error message that the license has expired. Help! How can I correct this issue? Thanks in advance.

Hi Colin,

WFA doesn't remove its license on uninstall like so many other software products.

Can you please try to import the attached file into your registry and then restart WFA?

It should clean up the registry and I will send you a new license.

Thanks,

Thanks Yaron! That did it. We have received approval to move forward with WFA in production. This is our dev instance that we are using to prove out workflows and whatnot. So you have been a tremendous help. Thanks!
