We'd really need to see the logs to help understand the cause. It might be because it's attempting to collect information not available from the source is it querying, but that's a wild guess with this level of detail.

Could you please send the collected data files found at - <user home dir>\OneCollectData\JobFiles\<Job name> ? In general, the errors could be because certain command are not relevant on the particular version which is normal. We could troubleshoot more once you send the collected data files.
