OnCommand Insight Application Error: "Unable to launch the application"

Hi all,

 

I had no problem to launch OnCommand Insight 7.3.

But, when I run OnCommand Insight 7.3 now, it cannot launch with "Unable to launch the application" error window.

java.io.IOException: Server returned HTTP response code: 403 for URL: https://oci.local/client/app/http-client.jnlp

 

OS: Windows Server 2008 R2(64 bit)
Memory: 32GB
HDD Free space: 500GB

 

Please advise me.

Hi,

 

Please take a look at this KB, try the workaround suggested.

 

After upgrading to OCI 7.3.2 or later the first launch of the Java client is successful. Subsequent launches fail with "Unable to launch the application" java.io.IOException: Server returned HTTP response code: 403 for URL: https://oci-
