Active IQ Unified Manager Discussions
After an upgrade from 2.0.1 to 2.1 the db restore fails with the following error. Anybody an idea what might be the issue and how to resolve it? It is a productive environment so this is a bit critical.

what's the best way to open a case for wfa. Normally I would use a serial number but wfa doesn't have one.

Though there is no license, there is a unique way to identify each wfa instance. Will figure it out and let you know.

Login to WFA, On Top left
Administration -> WFA Configuration ->AutoSupport Tab ( default), System ID
