"Unable to free SQL environment"-message from DFM

Hi all,

I've got a huge problem with my DFM installation (OCUM 5.2.1).

DFM is running on Windows 2012 R2 64-Bit.

The DFM is running smoothly one time and then, without any obvious reason, the CPU usage dops to 1%. The webgui doesn't respont and the command line neither. When using the "dfm service list" command and then hitting ctrl+c the message "Unable to free SQL environment" appears.

There seems to be some kind of problem with the SQL database.

Anybody with the same issue?

Cheers

Olofsn

Hi, Can you please share the DFMDC to get more details about the SQL logs? regarding the "Unable to free SQL environment" error message, this error will be thrown by DFM, whenever we kill any DFM process and it is not able to clean the sql related threads in a proper way. But to find out the real issue, we need to look into the logs more. Thanks Devan
