harvest is plotting QOS latency (from network/throttle/frontend/cluster etc) metrics graphs and i woild like to understand logic behind this calculation from harvest. We are using harvest for internal troubleshooting and customer wants to understand the logic behind this metrics. If someone can help me with teh API invokes and the login used to derive the metrics from api result would be greatly helpful.
