I believe there should be another log file that is referenced.

Also, is this on a Windows system?  If so, make sure the correct binaries were downloaded (32-bit or 64-bit).

Hi Scott,

Are you installing the ESX version of OSSV?

As I see error like

Failed to execute 'configure_esx'

What is the OS platform on which you are installing OSSV and what it the OSSV installer flavor you are using.

I saw the ESX reference as well, but this was the 32-bit WIN version downloaded from the NOW site.

Logged a case with NetApp support, hopefully they can resolve this.

Hi...

I'm having the same issue on a Win2K8-64bitmachine. It also mentions something about not being able to unload the filter driver...

Have you had this solved?

I have had this problem on a couple of customer sites, and the issue is generally domain policies not allowing the logged in user to install anything to the C drive, try installing to another drive on the system. and if that then works. look at credentials or policies on the machine c drive. hope that helps
