Used / Free Space difference between LUN (in Oncommand System Manager) and Host (Local Drive)

Please find the below details.
In Server, LUN mbs_sql_snap Volume Details Local Driver G:
The Same LUN ,While Checking from OnCommand Manager shows different.
Please advise .

Hi,
This is because the lun see gigabyte as 1000 megabytes, rather than 1024 like windows reads it, as well as The file system (format of the hard drive; NTFS, Fat32) itself takes up space too.
if you want to get a disk size of 70GB, you need to create a netapp lun of size: 70x1024: 71680MB

Please go thru complete snap shot , Problem is
Host : Local Driver G: ( Lun /mbs_sql_snap) Free Space is 62.7 GB Avalibale
But in On command System Manager
Same Lun : /mbs_sql_snap : Free Space is 1.6 GB Avalibale
why same LUN shows different figure.?
