we are testing Netapp VScan with Kaspersky Security Center 8 and Antivirus Connector 1.0.2. It´s a FAS8020 with DataOntap 8.3P2. There is an issue with one application, which writes tmp and doc files to the netapp. When VScan is activated, the result is a 0 KB doc-file. When we enable the logging for Kaspersky or the Antivirus-Connector, the issue disappears.
Is there any logging for the VScan-Component? How can I debug the write/delete-process itself? The EMS-Log seems to have no appropriate information.
