In order to use an "array" type counter, you have to call perf-object-counter-list-info to associate them to a label (and to know the ordering).
Is the correct implementation when polling via perf-object-get-instances to always call perf-object-counter-list-info for array types to determine if the labels have been changed? If that can be avoided, how often should it be retrieved (only when a reboot is detected?)?
