It’s that time of year again when we all get together to spend quality time with our family and friends. We take time to enjoy one another’s company, to be thankful for the blessings in our lives and to reflect on the past year. We reflect on the accomplishments, the struggles and the failures.

 

This year is no different and we have accomplished a great deal on the Digital Properties and have received invaluable feedback from our customers, both internal and external. Your feedback has always been a gift to us and will always challenge us to think differently and to be better than we are today. With your help and feedback, we have reached new heights and have received 7 industry recognitions this year ! We started this leg of our journey on March 26th 2020, with rolling out the new NetApp Support Site, followed shortly thereafter with a new Knowledge Management site and a great deal of work in the Communities. We cannot thank you enough for going along with us on this journey and helping us get to where we are today!

 

As the year comes to a close and we celebrate the holidays, we wanted to share some of our family with you as a small token of thanks. While often furry, they don’t have to be, our pets are a big part of our lives and also provide tons of feedback! So have a look at the Pets of the Digital Support Experience Team and have a Merry Christmas and a very Happy and Prosperous New Year! Thank you to all and to all, a good night!
