Fas2020 Powersupply errors

Hello i am getting this reports from Our Netap .What is the guide lines to trouble shoot this problem .Physicaly all power supply's are working but keep getting this reports .

 

"Autosupport was disconnected during transmission (SHELF POWER INTERRUPTED)DS12-ESAS shelf 0 on channel 0c power warning for Power supply 1: non-critical status; DC undervoltage fault. This module is on the rear side of the shelf, at the left.S12-ESAS shelf 0 on channel 0c power error for Power supply 1: critical status; DC output failed. This module is on the rear side of the shelf, at the left.DS12-ESAS shelf 0 on channel 0c voltage warning for Voltage sensor 1: non-critical status; voltage low warning. This module is on the rear side of the shelf, on the left power supply.Not enough power supplies are present in channel 0c disk shelf 0 to satisfy disk drive and shelf power requirements.Fault reported on disk storage shelf attached to channel 0c. Please check fans, power supplies, disks, and temperature sensors.Enclosure services has detected an error in access to shelves or shelf configuration 0c.Autosupport was disconnected during transmission (SHELF POWER INTERRUPTED)Chassis power is degraded: PSU1 is  failed. PSU1 12V is  warning low. Fault previously reported on disk storage shelf attached to channel 0c has been corrected.Chassis power supplies OK"

 

What is the procidure to change the psu is it hotswap ?

Is the error for the Filer its self or of the the disk shelf ?

Any help would be appriciated .

PSUs are hot swapable.   

 

Shelf 0 is usually the internal shelf to the controller,  you can check for amber lights on the rear for a failed PSU.

Done repalced the psu and errors of that matter are cleared .
