Init failed disks

Hi There,

I see sometimes the disks becomes init failed and goes to broken pool. So my question is how to get back the init failed disks back to spare pool?

Cheers,

Re: Init failed disks

You should go to the maintenance menu (second CTRL+C after system power up) and run the command 'disk unfail all'.

Before that you need to run a command 'raid_config' with 'deletefdr' option but I don't remember exact command spell. You should see available options when running raid_config.

Re: Init failed disks

Thanks, and what about disks in "not responding" state? Is there a way to get them back?

Re: Init failed disks

What should I do if I had such situation - reinsert them and if problem persists contact support.
