Hi, I have recently decommissioned our FAS3140, it was still under a maintenance contract with our support partner at the time and I relocated the shelfs to our 6200's series (these too are under support with the same support partner). I have now been presented with a large bill for "Netapp Disk renewal and support service Period Duration: 24 Months". I'm sure i have moved shelves before beteen supported Filers without incuring extra support costs, our support partner is claiming this new change is down to NetApp who have changed the rules for shelf movement between Filers but I can't find any info on such. Has anyone else had similar experiance?
