Dear,

   I would like to knoew if there is a "signed" configuration for multipathd demon and NetAPP E5660.

   During tlast week we have saw this kind of errors in LUN Servers (Runing CentOS7, 7.5):

  [219540.042456] sd 0:0:0:0: [sda] FAILED Result: hostbyte=DID_OK driverbyte=DRIVER_SENSE
[219540.042462] sd 0:0:0:0: [sda] Sense Key : Illegal Request [current]
[219540.042465] sd 0:0:0:0: [sda] Add. Sense: Logical block address out of range
[219540.042469] sd 0:0:0:0: [sda] CDB: Read(10) 28 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 80 00
[219540.042471] blk_update_request: critical target error, dev sda, sector 0
[219541.225381] sd 0:0:1:0: [sdz] FAILED Result: hostbyte=DID_OK driverbyte=DRIVER_SENSE
[219541.225396] sd 0:0:1:0: [sdz] Sense Key : Illegal Request [current]
[219541.225401] sd 0:0:1:0: [sdz] Add. Sense: Logical block address out of range
[219541.225407] sd 0:0:1:0: [sdz] CDB: Read(10) 28 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 80 00
[219541.225410] blk_update_request: critical target error, dev sdz, sector 0

Theres are two servers importing LUNs from E5660, and in both servers i see the same kind of errors:

That's the multipath conf for these LUNS:

devices {
    device {
        vendor          "NETAPP"
        product         "INF-01-00"
        path_grouping_policy    multibus
                path_checker            tur
                path_selector           "round-robin 0"
                failback                immediate
        }

Is the any advice to improve this confiuration in order to avoid error messages?

recovery Guru do not show any error and there is no more information on CentOS logs.

regards, I
