Part Number Information 10GB SFP QBic for FAS6280 controller

ferianto_siregar85

Dear All experts,

I have installed 2 FAS6280 controllers which are connected using cluster each other.

For Network connection, I plan to use 10GB Ethernet. While running sysconfig -v, I got information bellow:

slot 0: 10 Gigabit Ethernet Controller IX1-SFP+

                 e0c MAC Address:    00:a0:98:2d:2a:cf (auto-unknown-down)

                 e0d MAC Address:    00:a0:98:2d:2a:ce (auto-unknown-down)

                 e0e MAC Address:    00:a0:98:2d:2a:d1 (auto-unknown-down)

                 e0f MAC Address:    00:a0:98:2d:2a:d0 (auto-unknown-down)

                 Device Type:        82599

It is on board port, but I can not find the SFP module for this slot coming with the delivery packing list. I think I have to buy it. Does anyone know the P/N (Part Number) for 10GB SFP QBic that I must buy for this slot, please?

Thank you for help

The onboard are not included by default and a check box needs to be selected for a new system. For these ports use the x6589-r6. This isn't compatible with the pcie nics and only the onboard.

Thank you Scott...I will go further for asking the module price to NetApp...

Thank you for your help..

HAPPY NEW YEAR...
