reference to the NETAPP FAS 2520 storage device we have in our company and one of its hardisk is failed. Since our device is still under warranty, we would like to request your support for the hardware failure. Following are the details of our NETAPP.

This is not the place to request a replacement for a failed drive. If your NetApp system is correctly registered in the NetApp support portal and your system is sending Autosupport (call-home), you should receive a replacement disk.
If this is not the case, register your NetApp system at https://mysupport.netapp.com and create a support case.
