I have a customer that has changed several system names on their NetApp FAS systems, but the names are not reflected on AutoSupport info on NOW. Any ideas on how to get the names updated?

Maybe after the next weekly autosupport?
A few weeks ago I renamed a filer myself and it did not require manual actions to change the hostname on NOW. But I can't tell you long it took for the new name got recorded by NOW.
