Effective December 3, NetApp adopts Microsoft’s Business-to-Customer (B2C) identity management to simplify and provide secure access to NetApp resources.
For accounts that did not pre-register (prior to Dec 3), access to your NetApp data may take up to 1 hour as your legacy NSS ID is synchronized to the new B2C identity.

Anyone supporting the Storevault S500?

I realize that this question brings to light a "blast from the past."  The S500 is my first foray into NAS administration.  I was so happy with the pair of S500s that when they were no longer available, I didn't look to any other manufacturer than NetApp when it came time to upgrade with the additional storage that the FAS2020 provided.

I have an aging S500 that has become unreliable.  I'm looking for some local support to troubleshoot the issue I'm having regarding reliability and the company I work for is willing to pay to have it repaired, if necessary.

Think you’ll struggle with this…as there is no support for it…

Is it a physical problem or an performance issue?
