We are using Cloud Control for our Office 365 backup of OneDrive, Exchange Online and Sharepoint Online. Looking at the logs we have discovered that for some users the report says partially failed and there is file to download. This file (.csv) contains a list of everything backed up for that specific user, but it does not give any indication of what failed. Where can I find more information about what went wrong for my OneDrive and Exchange Online backup?
