Repeated BackUp failure for Office 365 Groups


Hello All,


Since a week, we have a repeated backup failure certain Office 365 Groups reported with following message:

The group is not found and seems to be deleted


Actually, that group is not found in AAD groups hence the error message matches with current situation. We have a task to sync the Office 365 Groups which runs on a daily basis and no issue reported there.


However the backup failure for deleted groups keeps reported on the daily back.


Any idea what causes this repeated tentative of backing up of deleted groups?

Can you provide more details on the errors you are seeing? What NetApp product are you using to perform the backups of Office 365? Are there any error messages that you can provide?
