[SOLVED] Exchange Online restore - Stuck




We are testing the Netapp SaaS Backup option for O365 and created some test backups? Now we are resorting mail, but it stuck on 0%. I suspect we missing some permissions? But after reading the documentation I cannot find anything regarding this?

Trying to restore a OneDrive or Sharepoint restore without any problems.


Hope someone could help me with this?



NetApp did an investigation. It was a backup problem ontthe NetApp SAAS service.


The message:

Job didn’t run because of fault in the background machine. 


After some change on the backend, restoring Exchange data went fine.
