NetApp SaaS Backup
We have admin account in our enterprise O365 tenant. Trying to signing up with an O365 service account, as described in article https://s3.amazonaws.com/cloudcontroldocumentation/userguide/cc_free_trial_guide.html, but an error appears "Provided office365 tenant is already associated with another SaaS Backup tenant. Please subscribe using different domain."
We absolutely sure, that nobody have admin account for O365 in our tenant. How can we solve this issue?
Having the same issue here - cannot get the error to clear. We have created multiple admin accounts as well
Please let us know the domain name used for Sign up purposes. This happens if there was a partial sign up attempted earlier.
