Users will not be able to create/update tech and non-tech cases, Parts RMA, or Product Registration transactions.
File Uploads will not work.
Core File Processing
Core file processing will be delayed.
Event Timeline feature will not work; There will be data delay for Cluster view functionality.
During the downtime, users will be unable to upload the core/non-core/eseries-core / ads core files. In turn core file processing will be delayed.
Cloud Serial Number Registrations will not be available.
ASUP case creation and Install Base updates will be delayed for 15 minutes or less.
FSO lookup and update functionalities will not be available.
External users will not be able to access this mobile app. Internal users can access customer & system search, but can't access case search functionality
