CIFS permission local system account

I have created a CIFS volume on my Netapp, given permission to an AD account.

The volume has benn mounted by administrator local account with AD account. I have installed a service and it data on this shareds, but the local system account can't start it.

Only administrator can do it. How can I given permission to local system account or all local account of this server?

Thanks for your help.
