There's so much left unsaid.

Like, are we talking about Unicode file names or file content?  Is the NetApp using utf-8 encoding?  With performance and resource issues, how bad, how soon?  Why the 50,000 file limit -- is that just a serving suggestion or an actual hard limit?

Where is the detailed documentation (since it is not here)?
