e0M reporting to WINS, instead of ifgrp IP

I have a 3240 that reports to WINS with its e0M IP(172.21.2.1) instead of the IP of the ifgrp(172.21.3.134) that I created.

Any Ideas on how I can get it to properly report to wins?
