ONTAP Hardware
I have a dua-chassis HA system,
The model is fas3220,
Node-A perform FC,
and Node-B perform CIFS,
When I config all the system,
I test the HA function,
When I use the command [cf takeover] in node-B,
it takeover success,
but my windows can't see the lun in windows disk manager!
I go to see the hardware,
and found that the fc port(0c and 0d) led is not light!
when I use the command [sysconfig -a],
I see the 0c and 0d is <LINK NOT CONNECTED>!
and I found the Host Port Addr is 000000
if use the [fcp config],
and it show [LINK NOT CONNECTED <ADAPTER UP>]
I see the port on the san switch,

Are relevant ports on FC switch enabled? Did you try removing / reinserting / using different FC cables?

The switch port is enable,
but when I plug the cable,
it will become U port,
and the enable and disable button can't be click(diable)!
I have chang many FC Cable,
I event switch the other Controller,
change the owner ship the other controller,
and plug all the cable!
but the same!
Is it 8Gbit switch by any chance? Google search suggests port going into U-state may be related to speed auto-negotiation issues.
Try setting the port speed on the switch to 4Gbit.
Other than that, you may try swapping SFPs around & see what happens.
