PS Tech Note 020 - Identify Component Part Numbers

Brief explanation on using undocumented options of the sysconfig command to determine the NetApp part number for system components. Written for ongoing/weekly customer training

Is there also some magic to find part numbers of shelves components? While there are not many of them, there are still RoHS vs. non-RoHS versions and they could be replaced over time (e.g. FAS270 head came in two variants).
