WFA commands for creating a user with a role suitable for SSH publickey authentication and adding the publickey

Attached are two commands that can be used within WFA 2.1 or higher.  The first command will create a user on a cDOT system with a role that is suitable for SSH publickey authenticaiton, and the second command can be used to add a SSH publickey for a user a cDOT system.  Custom dictionary entries are also included with these commands.

I was searching for the the powershell equivalent to add a publickey to cdot. I couldnt find one. Was trying to use Invoke-NcSsh and stubmled upon this. 

The commands confirmed that the cmdlets arent availabe.
