I like the added features.  In particular the ability to loop or repeat the same job.  We've been asked by one of the Storage Admins if we can create workflows that would somehow read a list of varied instructions (for example, maybe create a bunch of varied sized volumes and LUNs within the volumes) then perhaps perform additional steps.  I also think you're on the right track with some of the gaps like a lack of programming skills on storage teams.
