Hi,

Try running 'environment status shelf 0a'  and 0c ... or any loop that you have problems on and read the output carefully.  Make sure that you have up-to-date shelf firmware and no failed disks in the system(s)('aggr status -f').  Also make sure that your shelves are cabled according to the documentation.

More complex problems can be dealt with after you have gone through this information
