How to signal warnings in a command in the workflow execution window

Hi to all,

in a workflow a command can succeed or fail (colour green or red). Is there a possibility for a third state? I'd like to have a waring (lets say yellow coloured) state which signals that some warnings were encountered and the operator should read the logs but the workflow can proceed?

Thanks in advance!

Walter

Hello,

I'd like to bring some attention to my question above. Is there someone out there who has knowledge of this?

Best Regards

Today, there is no way to return a 'warning' state, though it can be logged.  The Get-WfaLogger cmdlet can have a -Warning flag set which will return a message into the wfa.log and report to the workflow_execution.log.  Other than this, it might be work requesting an RFE.  The challenge will be in handling the exit code to trip the Error vs. Warning state.
