Lost object in DFM database.... DFM <-> HostService

Hi there.

is there anyone, who could help me....

Due to a system error, I had to reinstall our VCenter Server.

After installing the host-service and trying to integrate it into OnCommand Console i get following error....

Registration of host service s-vcsxx.xxx.xxxxxx.xx failed.

Reason: Failed to load Host Service with with DNS or IP address s-vcsxx.xxx.xxxxxx.xx. Error: Multiple objects (ids=129,4777) are named 's-vcsxx.xxx.xxxxxx.xx'. Use object ids to disambiguate.

Now, I did not find any solution which describes the process for deleting object referencing to the object ids....

Thanks a lot for your help.

Michael

Reregistering helped....

dfm ssl service setup -f (To create new certificate in dfm)

dfm ssl service reload (To use this new certificate on DFM)

Reinstall HostService with other VCenter Credentials

Import in Netapp OnCommand Console

You may have to unregister and re-register the Host Package.

I already tried to unregister, but dfm hs list doesn't show any items.

Reregistering was the first solution I tried.
